About the Run Into the Summer 5K

The course runs entirely on grass, covering the school's cross country layout before finishing on the high school track. That grass-to-track ending is a little different from a road 5K, and the open grounds around the school give the whole thing a wide, unhurried feel.

Proceeds go toward the school's athletic training program, supporting a scholarship and equipment. The race starts on school grounds, so parking and the start area are right there together, which keeps the morning simple.
