About the Run Hard Midlands
Run Hard Midlands is a youth running program based in Lexington that builds toward a final race event. Practices increase gradually in difficulty, and kids are encouraged to attend consistently so the group can train together as a team. Snacks are provided at practice, and each child receives a water bottle to bring to every session.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
