About the Run for your Lungs!!

The race is held at Lake Blackshear Resort and raises awareness for lung cancer, organized by a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting people in the area living with the disease. The course puts you right on the lake, and the post-race spread includes lunch and cold drinks.

Packet pickup runs at a local restaurant on each of the two evenings before the race, with an option on race morning at the resort as well. The second pickup location also stays open for dinner, so it doubles as a casual pre-race gathering if you want to make a night of it.
