About the Run for Ryan 5K and 1 Mile Walk

This race is held in memory of a Wilbraham student and multi-sport athlete who was diagnosed with cancer in high school. The foundation it benefits supports families of children battling cancer and awards scholarships to young people who show kindness and strength of character. The course runs through Fountain Park, and both a run and a walk distance are offered.

Bibs are available race morning before the start, so there is no separate trip the day before. The event can also be done virtually for those who cannot make it in person.
