About the Run and Creep 5k

The Run and Creep 5K starts and finishes at the Renaissance Athletic Club on Graham Avenue. Proceeds benefit a local organization that sends oncology nurses into the homes of cancer patients at no charge, so the cause is woven into the morning. The course is open to walkers as well as runners, and the cutoff is generous enough that most paces fit comfortably.

Packet pickup is race morning at the club, so there is no need to come out the night before. The start area is the club itself, which means restrooms and a known meeting point are right there when you arrive.
