About the Run 4 Kerri 4 Miler
The Run 4 Kerri honors a young woman who passed away from bacterial meningitis during her freshman year as a college athlete. The race raises money for a scholarship supporting female high school track athletes heading to college, and also funds a youth track series for younger kids. It is a race with a clear reason behind it.
