About the Roll & Stroll for Independence
The course loops around Lake Pacawa Park, staying close to the water the whole way. The route is designed to work for runners, walkers, and wheelers alike, and adaptive equipment is available on-site through a partner organization so people who need it can get out on the course. The whole thing kicks off a larger festival happening in the park that day.
After the course, the park fills out with food vendors, adaptive kayaking, live music, and booths from disability-owned businesses. Packet pickup details and parking were not something the organizer spelled out, but the festival setting means the park will be well-staffed and easy to navigate.
