About the Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival Costume 5K
This is a costume run attached to a pecan festival, so people show up dressed. The race itself is a straightforward out-and-back or loop through Foreman, and the real draw is what surrounds it: vendors, live music, a classic car show, and a pet costume parade all follow the morning run. Prizes for top finishers are gift boxes of locally grown pecans.
Bib pickup happens in the hour before the start at the race address on N Madden St. There is water at the finish line. The festival grounds open up right after the race, so there is no reason to leave early.
