About the Rock The GazBar Fun Run
This is a charity run organized around a local sports grill, with music, food, and raffles filling out the morning alongside the race itself. The cause is specific: all proceeds go toward research into DIPG, a pediatric brain cancer, at Boston Children's Hospital. The event honors a young girl from the community who died from the disease, and that weight is present without being heavy.
Day-of registration is available onsite, cash or check only, with an ATM on hand. Food is included with registration. Cash prizes go to the top male and female finishers, and there is a separate prize for the largest team entry.
