About the Roads, Tracks, and Trails Virtual Memorial Run and Fundraiser
This is a virtual memorial run honoring Tony Banovich, who directed the Missoula Marathon and led Run Wild Missoula. Participants run or walk a distance that matched his longtime daily run streak, on whatever route works for them. Those who want a starting point can follow the original course through Playfair Park, which mixes road, track, and trail surfaces.
The event runs through an extended window, so you pick your own day and set your own pace. Funds raised go to the Tony Banovich Memorial Fund, which supports running and walking programs across the region.
