About the Road America Walk-Run

The course runs at Road America, the racing circuit outside Plymouth, so the surroundings are unlike most charity walks and runs. The route follows the same asphalt used for motorsports, which makes for a smooth, open surface with long straightaways and sweeping turns. A kids' option runs separately before the main start, and a survivor photo gathers the group before everyone heads out.

Packet pickup is offered on two separate evenings at the Sheboygan YMCA in the weeks before the event, which takes pressure off the morning. If you miss both, packets are available at the registration tent on race day. Teams should check with their captain before pickup, since some captains handle distribution themselves.
