About the 2026 River Vale Run 4 the Love and Fitness with Friends Turkey Trot Charity 5K
The course runs through the residential streets of River Vale, starting at a local sports complex. The route has the feel of a neighborhood loop, the kind where you pass front yards and familiar blocks rather than a park trail. Costumes are welcome, and plenty of families show up to watch or run together.
Race-morning registration opens before the start, so you can arrive, get registered, and still have time to warm up. Proceeds go to a local food pantry that serves several surrounding towns, so the cause is close to home for most people in the area.
