About the River Festivus 5k and 10k
The race runs as part of a broader town festival along the Cumberland County river area, so there is more going on around you than just the run itself. Both a shorter and a longer distance share the same morning, and the atmosphere reflects the celebration around it rather than a standalone race event.
Check-in opens before the start at Cumberland County High School on North Main Street, which also serves as the staging area. Getting there early gives you time to settle in before the festival crowds pick up.
