About the 2026 Rio Vista Turkey Trot
The course map goes out to registered participants ahead of race day, so you know what to expect before you show up Thanksgiving morning. The organizer's copy is light on terrain details, but the route runs through Rio Vista, and the event has a neighborhood feel rather than a big-production one.
Donations collected support projects in the downtown area, which gives the morning a local purpose beyond the run itself. Day-of registration is available, though it costs more than signing up in advance.
