About the Rhino Run
The course winds through a college campus on the outskirts of Dallas, covering paths across a large wooded property. The terrain is typical of a campus setting, so expect paved walkways and open grounds rather than trail running. The start and finish are at the same tower, so there is no scrambling between locations at the end.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at an administration building on campus, with race-morning pickup available at the start area. Parking attendants are on hand to guide you to an open lot, though the campus entrance closes before the start, so arriving early matters. Late registration is accepted on race morning by card only.
