About the Reindeer Run
The Reindeer Run starts and finishes at the Eclipse Company Store in The Plains. Costumes are part of the deal here, and the route has a holiday-themed feel to match. Santa shows up, and there is a shorter non-running option for anyone who wants to participate without covering the full distance.
After the race, the Eclipse Company Store hosts lunch and a chance to visit with Santa. The event benefits a local child advocacy program, which is where the entry fees go. Jingle bell necklaces go out to everyone who registers.
