About the Reindeer Run 5K

The course starts and ends at a community college campus, then pushes out into downtown Pittsboro for the stretch runners tend to remember most. The route has been updated for this year, so the campus portion will look a little different, but the downtown section stays the same. It is a USATF-sanctioned course, and there is also a short kids' fun run that stays entirely on campus.

Packet pickup runs on the two evenings before the race at a campus building, with race-morning pickup available if you cannot make the early window. The organizers ask that teams collect all their packets together in one trip rather than coming back multiple times.
