The course runs out from Renault Winery through wooded stretches on packed dirt roads, turns around at a lake, and comes back the same way. The surroundings shift between vineyard views and tree cover, and the terrain stays smooth underfoot for most of the route, with only short paved sections mixed in. It is a flat, easy-footed course.
