About the Red, White, and Run 5K and Mile Fun Run
The course follows Lebanon's Rail Trail, a route that tends to be flat and easy to navigate underfoot. The race is held on Veterans Day and is built around honoring military service, with proceeds split between organizations that support veterans and military families.
The cause behind the event is worth knowing beforehand: every dollar of profit goes to groups working directly with military communities, one focused on veterans' fitness and one that brings Christmas trees to military families.
