About the Reading Hospital Road Run

A clock tower at the hospital marks both the beginning and end of the route. The shorter distance loops through nearby parkland and residential streets, while the half marathon reaches into the neighboring city and threads through a larger park system before returning. Roads along the way see limited closures, so runners share some stretches with passing traffic.

Race-day online registration stays open until the first wave heads out, but the organizers strongly suggest completing that at home beforehand rather than troubleshooting it at the start area.
