About the Rainbow Gymnastics Spooktacular 5K
The course runs through Medford City Park, starting near the shelter by the baseball fields on the north end. The park setting keeps things relatively flat and open, and costumes are very much part of the deal, with a prize going to whoever pulls off the most creative one on race day.
The start area is right at the park shelter, so there is a clear gathering spot from the moment you arrive. Kids have their own Halloween treats during the event, and the whole setup is built around families showing up together, some running, some cheering.
