About the Rail Haus Turkey Burn 5K
The course runs through downtown Dover, so you get streets and storefronts rather than trails or a park loop. It is a Thanksgiving morning race, the kind where people show up having just started cooking and plan to be back before the parade. A shorter kids' run is part of the morning too, which brings out families alongside the runners.
Bib pickup and race-morning registration both happen at Rail Haus, right at the start. There is no need to go anywhere the day before. Awards go out shortly after the race wraps up, so you are not standing around waiting long before you can get back to the kitchen.
