About the Race for the Parks

The course at Hudson Springs Park mixes groomed trail with neighborhood roads, so the surface changes underfoot as you go. It loops past a large lake and through forest, and the terrain is mostly gentle with a few real hills worked in. Wildlife sightings, herons, foxes, deer, are common enough that people mention them.

The race starts and finishes at Hudson Springs Park. Afterward, historic downtown Hudson is close by, with brunch spots and shops, so it is easy to make a morning of it.
