About the Putnam County Family YMCA Turkey Trot
The course starts at the YMCA and winds through the surrounding streets, looping around on Old Kentucky Road and Old Walton Road before finishing back near where it began. The terrain is typical neighborhood roads, so expect pavement throughout with no significant obstacles.
Packet pickup is curbside at Avery Trace Middle School, which sits directly across from the YMCA. The organizers strongly encourage picking up the evening before rather than race morning, so that is worth building into your plans.
