About the Pumpkinfest 5K Run/Walk
The race starts and finishes near the Anamosa Library & Learning Center and runs through town, serving as the morning kickoff to a full day of festival activity. The course is a straightforward road route, open to runners and walkers, with age-group awards spread across a wide range of divisions.
Packet pickup and same-day registration happen in the Library parking lot before the start, but that lot is reserved for race operations, so plan to find street parking nearby. After you finish, the Pumpkinfest celebration continues downtown with vendors, a Kids Zone, a giant pumpkin weigh-off, and a parade later in the day.
