About the Project Running Fearless Experience-Chattanooga Edition
The course follows the Tennessee Riverwalk along the river through Chattanooga. The route is more of a group run than a timed race, and the pace reflects that. After the run, the morning shifts into a hands-on self-defense course led by Zirkops Training, built around practical skills for people who run or walk outdoors alone.
Breakfast is served between the run and the training session, giving people time to regroup before the course begins. The whole event is held at the Herbert Fry Center. Both parts of the morning happen at or near the same location, so there is no need to move around between them.
