About the Pregnancy Care Center Turkey Trot
The course runs along the Camp Bowie Trail, starting and finishing at Festival Park. It is a Thanksgiving morning race, so expect cool air and a crowd that skews toward families and groups out to do something together before the meal. The trail setting keeps things pleasant underfoot, and the park gives everyone a place to gather before and after.
Parking is at Gordon Wood Stadium, which is worth knowing ahead of time if you are new to the area. Packet pickup and walk-up registration open early on race morning, so you can arrive, get sorted, and still have plenty of time before the start. No pets on the course.
