About the Pregnancy & Infant Loss 5K
The race takes place at Case Community Park in Sand Springs and follows a USATF-certified course. It was started by a family to honor a child lost to stillbirth, and has grown into a gathering for many families in the area who have experienced similar losses. The course is open to runners and walkers across a range of ages.
Packet pickup and race-day registration open early on race morning, and the organizers specifically note that lines get heavy in the final stretch before the start, so arriving with time to spare is worth it.
