The course starts at Wheaton City Park, just off the main street through town. The route goes through the surrounding streets, and the whole area gets decorated in pink for the morning. The race is tied to a breast cancer fundraiser, and the money raised goes directly to local women currently in treatment, which gives the finish line a different weight than most small-town races.
