About the Powell Turkey Trot 4 Miler 2026

The course winds through tree-lined streets in downtown Powell, starting and ending at Village Green Park next to City Hall. It is a road race on a relatively flat neighborhood layout, and the out-and-back character of the route means you spend most of the morning passing through quiet streets before returning to the park finish.

Packet pickup is at the municipal building the two evenings before race day, and the doors close for good then. A kids race runs around the small pond at the park before the main event, which gives the start area an active, unhurried feel before the field heads out. Nothing Bundt Cakes mini pumpkin treats are at the finish.
