This is a youth cross country training program based at Nancy Moore Park in Haslett, not a single-day race. Sessions run through the fall on a regular weekly schedule, pairing certified coaching in running form with dynamic warm-ups and games. Distance builds gradually across the program, and participants can take part in area cross country races as the season progresses.
