About the 4th Annual Pink Pumpkin 5k Run & Walk

This race runs through Sayville and starts outside a waterfront restaurant called Off the Bay. The course is a quick out-and-back distance, and the rain-or-shine policy means it goes on no matter what the weather brings. The event benefits a local organization that provides free beauty and wellness services to people going through cancer treatment.

Packet pickup the evening before is paired with a pasta party at the start venue, and race-morning pickup opens early as well. After the race, there is free beer, food, music, and raffles. The post-race party is open to runners, walkers, and anyone who came to cheer.
