About the Pie Lovers Fun Run
The course runs along the Jordan River Trail, starting and finishing at a park along the river front. It is a road run on a paved trail, and because there are no official finish times, the pace people choose tends to be whatever feels right that morning. Prizes go to the top finishers and to whoever shows up in the best pie-themed outfit.
All packet pickup happens on race morning before the gun. After the run, there is pie at the finish, and a pie eating contest for anyone who wants to keep going. The eating contest is open to race participants and fills up on the day itself.
