About the 2026 Peshtigo Fire Tower Walk/Run
There are two distinct routes here. The shorter one stays on residential streets through Badger Park, flat enough that strollers are welcome. The longer one leaves the city entirely, follows the Peshtigo River into the woods, and climbs to the site where the old fire tower once stood before a brief trail section brings you back to pavement.
Both routes start and finish at the stadium concession stand, which also handles same-day registration and has restrooms. Additional restrooms are at Badger Park along the shorter course. The race runs the morning of Peshtigo Historical Day, so there is usually more going on in town once you are done.
