About the Panther Prowl 5K
The Panther Prowl runs through Gowanda and benefits a scholarship fund for local high school graduates heading on to further education. The course starts and finishes at the American Legion post, giving the morning a neighborhood feel. Age group awards go deep, so runners of most ability levels have something to compete for.
Race-day registration and packet pickup open at the Legion before the start. After the race, there are hotdogs and drinks on site, along with an awards ceremony covering overall and age group placings.
