About the Otey's to Otey's Run
The course runs point-to-point from one Otey's restaurant location to another, winding through the Homewood and Mountain Brook neighborhoods on the way. It is not a loop, so you are always moving forward, and the surroundings shift from one neighborhood feel to the next before the route drops you at the finish in Crestline Village.
Packet pickup is the evening before at Trak Shak, a local running store in Homewood, with race-morning pickup available at the start. After the race, there is a gathering in the green space near the finish, with refreshments and an awards presentation.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
