About the Osage Nation Diabetes Program FREE 5K
The course is USATF certified and runs through Osage Hills State Park, starting at the park entrance. The terrain follows park roads and trails, so expect natural surroundings rather than a flat urban loop. The race is free to enter, though the state park charges a parking fee per vehicle at the gate.
Registration opens near the pool area inside the park, and participants are shuttled from there to the starting line, so arriving early matters. The shuttle is what keeps things moving, and registration closes promptly to make it work. Parking is along the roadway as directed, with a short walk to the registration area from there.
