About the Orlando Ugly Sweater 5K (Team GRINCH vs Team SANTA)
The race runs out of Waterfront Park in Clermont, and the whole thing leans into the holiday theme hard. Runners pick a side, Team Grinch or Team Santa, and the costume contest runs alongside the race itself with categories for ugliest sweater, most creative, and funniest. For those who want a real challenge, there is an optional carry-a-wrapped-Christmas-tree version of the course.
Packet pickup is at a local running store, with more details to come closer to race day. A post-race awards gathering is also planned, though the specifics are still being finalized by the organizer.
