About the 2026 Orlando Health Town of Windermere Run Among the Lakes 5K & 10K
The race routes wind through Windermere's residential streets and along the edges of the lakes the town is named for. Both distances share the same general territory, so the scenery is the water and the tree-lined neighborhoods rather than anything urban. The terrain is flat, and the out-and-back shape means you get a good look at who is ahead of you.
Packet pickup runs on the two evenings before the race and again on race morning, all at Windermere Town Hall on Main Street. The kids run is free for the youngest attendees and needs no registration. Any packets not collected on race day can be retrieved at the town office on Main Street for a couple of weeks afterward.
