About the Orient Spooky 5k!
This is a Halloween walk through Orient, run at dusk so the darkness does the work. Costumes are the norm, not the exception, and the route has a series of stations scattered along it, each one with its own activity, scare, or treat. It moves at a walking pace and pulls in families, friends, and anyone who wants a reason to dress up.
The evening does not end at the finish line. A Halloween movie screens after the walk, so there is reason to hang around once you are done. The whole night runs together as one event, the walk feeding into the film.
