About the Okie Half - Half Marathon & 5k

The course starts and finishes inside a restored historic hangar at Hatbox Events Park, and the organizers are genuinely proud of how flat it is. The half marathon route passes the old Roxy Theatre, loops around a Merle Haggard statue, and runs through the Depot District before coming back. The 5k stays closer to the sports complex on a loop trail.

Packet pickup is the evening before at the same hangar where the race starts, with race-morning pickup available as a backup. After the half, a BBQ food truck is set up at the finish, and cold food and drinks are out for all runners. Post-race massage is also available for half marathon finishers.
