About the North Shore 6th Annual Turkey Trot
This is a Thanksgiving morning race through the North Shore neighborhood, with a longer running route and a shorter fun run option. The course starts and finishes at the beach. Strollers are welcome, and so are dogs on leash. Registration proceeds go toward neighborhood beautification projects.
After the race, there are hot apple cider and donuts at the finish area, along with an awards ceremony. Category winners receive a frozen turkey donated to a local food bank in their name rather than a trophy to take home.
