About the North Idaho Turkey Trot at Riverstone
This is a Thanksgiving morning tradition in Coeur d'Alene, starting and finishing at Riverstone Park. The event is untimed and has no awards, so the pace is entirely your own. Dogs are welcome, which tends to shape the whole atmosphere. It raises money for a local nonprofit, with proceeds going toward dog rescue work.
Hot cider and cookies are waiting at the finish. The start area is the park itself, so getting oriented on arrival is straightforward.
