About the Nine Line Foundation Run For The Wounded 5K/10k
The course runs through Daffin Park, starting and finishing at home plate of Grayson Stadium. The park setting keeps things shaded and relatively flat, and the out-and-back shape means you can watch other runners while you move. The race is tied to Heroes Weekend, a broader event honoring wounded veterans, so the atmosphere around the start line reflects that.
Packet pickup the evening before is at Nine Line Apparel on Fort Argyle Road, with a race-morning window as well. Parking at Daffin Park is free. Awards are handled through a continuous system, so you can collect your prize as soon as your results post rather than waiting for the full field to finish.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a decent-sized field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.
