The course runs on the Wilbur Wright Trail, an out-and-back road route that starts and finishes at the local YMCA. It is untimed, so there is no clock pressure, and strollers are welcome. The race raises money for a school music program, and that gives the morning a particular kind of purpose behind it.
Packet pickup and race-morning registration both happen at the YMCA before the start. Volunteers are on hand to help anyone who has not yet registered.
