About the Nampa Pumpkin Spice 5K
The course heads out from a school, turns onto the Wilson Pathway, and follows the greenbelt for an out-and-back route. Underfoot it is paved path, and the surroundings are open enough to feel like a proper morning stretch. Pumpkin pie bites are out at the turnaround, and hot cocoa is waiting at the finish. Thanksgiving costumes are part of the scene.
Runners are encouraged to bring a canned good or non-perishable item on race morning; donations go to local food banks and pantries. Nampa Fleet Feet is among the sponsors, so expect a setup that knows what runners actually need.
