About the NAMI Oshkosh 5K
The course starts at the corner of two streets near Menominee Park and runs through the surrounding neighborhood. The race benefits NAMI Oshkosh, which works in mental health support and suicide prevention, and that purpose shapes the morning. People come to honor someone, remember someone, or just show up in solidarity.
Race morning happens inside Menominee Elementary School, where there are information booths, activities, and face painting before the start. Afterward the celebration continues with music and food outside. Packet pickup is available the evening before at the same school, with race-morning registration as well.
