About the MuuvWell Hot Rod 24 Hour Ultra
The course runs laps around the concourse inside a baseball stadium, so the loop is short and you pass the same crowd, music, and energy on every circuit. It is a road surface the whole way, and the structure of the event means you decide when you are done. Solo runners and relay teams share the same course, chasing whatever goal they came with.
The aid station runs through the full event, day and night, and the spread covers a lot of ground: fruit, savory grilled food, noodles, breakfast items, pizza, pickles, popsicles, candy, and coffee, among other things. You can take breaks, sleep, or leave and return. The race does not end for you until you decide it does.
