About the Muskego K9 Foot Pursuit
The race benefits the Muskego police K9 program, which runs entirely on donations, so the cause is woven into the morning. The course is a timed run through Muskego, open to faster runners and those who prefer to walk at their own pace. The field tends to be people who have a reason to be there beyond the miles.
After the run, the action continues on site with a pancake breakfast, a live K9 demonstration, a raffle, and a cornhole tournament. It is a full morning if you stay for it, and most people seem to.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Muskego K9 Foot Pursuit has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
