About the Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run

The course winds through residential neighborhoods near the JCC campus on Amity Road, certified by USA Track & Field. The roads are quiet suburban streets, and the route brings you back to the campus for the finish. There is also a family fitness walk and a kids costume race running the same morning, so the start area has a broad mix of ages milling around.

Packet pickup runs at Woodbridge Running Company before race day, with race-morning check-in available at the campus if you miss it. After the finish, there is a block party with bagels and cream cheese from a local deli, massages, stretching, and a sidewalk sale from the running store. Dogs are welcome.
